Toxic verbally and mentally abusive.HR rep is toxic and abusive verbally and mentally i gave it my all smiled and too everything she tossed my way and asked for more. I tried to move to compliance but unfortunately the rep of compliance betrayed my trust when i cried in front of her about the HR rep. I passed all the assessments they gave me for compliance training asked questions about every task and asked for more work. Didnt make a difference the copresidents were so uninvolved with the day to day because of back to back meetings that they just took what the hr rep said and didnt get my side at all and just fired me. Now i dont have to cry on my way to work and have panic attacks everyday but the unfairness of it all was insane. They said in the interview they wanted someone who was going to stay and grow with the company i meant what i said when i said i was going to...apparently they didnt. They are discriminative to people with mental handicapps
