      Pros

      What I love about working at The Delivery Group is the trust that is built not only with leadership but with my co-workers. We all have a role to play, and business does not move forward without the trust that everyone is doing their job best. This creates a family oriented culture that cannot be beat. It is a place where I wake up and am excited to go to work. Each day presents a different challenge which keeps you engaged.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. If you are willing to put in the work you will be handsomely rewarded.

      Pros

      At TDG the opportunity for accelerated career growth and earning potential are exponential. The team and support within the company is one of the main reasons I had for joining as they are genuine and you look forward to coming to work. You’re encouraged to expect more of yourself and grow.

      Cons

      As with the industry, the hours can be longer but there is flexibility on necessary occasions.

      TDG is a great place to push your personal and professional limits! The culture is based on teamwork, growth, and ownership. If you want to challenge yourself everyday and work with great people, this is a great place for you.

      Cons

      The IT staffing industry is very lucrative but requires a lot of hard work. If you are not monetarily driven, this is not right for you.
