Pros
They have good benefits and offices around the country. There is an opportunity to work on some really interesting projects, and the main team is pretty amazing.
Cons
The senior management is sneaky. they'll hire someone to take your job, have you train them, and then let you go. They hire outside rather than promoting internally. If you have an issue with a manager and try to voice your concerns, unless you're a key player, they'll let you go. You'll be overworked and expected to get everything done, even at the cost of your outside work life. Expect to work from home if you want to keep up to the expected productivity levels.
