Pros

The in-venue team always become your good friends. The pay is good. If you're attractive you'll most certainly go far if you're willing to flirt with the men.

Cons

The company directors have a bad habit of sexually harrassing any female and abusing their authority and HR just cover it all up. So it's easier to just leave the company rather than tell them!

Bank Holidays work days - even though it's in the contract you sign Some signs of favouritism - if you have a problem with anyone go to management so it doesn't get around or come across as nasty
