Don't fall for the good reviews

Pros

There are no pros for an all-around bad company.

Cons

Don't be fooled by all of the 5-star reviews. They make their employees write them and then call Glassdoor to take the bad ones down.

Pros

The Digital Ring has a cool environment, trendy tools and periodic nerf gun wars.

Cons

Almost everyone at this company is a "Digital Strategist"; the vague title fits well with the vague job description, duties and purpose. If you are a free spirit and don't mind going in without knowing what your duties will be and whether you will have a job down the line, this company will be just fine for you. However, people have been let go without any notice or reason.

Pros

This office environment is SPECTACULAR. The clients and projects we get to work on are with very reputable and fun brands that most people have heard of on a national level, so there is a HUGE sense of pride you get when you are engaging in projects. You can really be yourself at The Digital Ring no matter the walk of life path you come from. Everyone who works here is so professional it really motivates you to work to create just as impressive deliverable as the rest of TDR family.

Cons

There really are no true cons to working at TDR. There is plenty of room for professional development and the office is really a fun, nerf fight filled environment with a great work/life balance encouraged.

Thanks so much for the great review of The Digital Ring! We feel a sense of pride when we have engaged employees who truly enjoy the work they do and appreciate our clients. We are an office full of learners; everyone is excited to take on new projects and build their skill set. Extra thanks for your "Advice to Management" regarding the crew conference room table! The standing table was definitely a good choice...in theory. Until it breaks. :)
