Pros
Good people and a good company. Small-town feel, great benefits, great learning tools, long-time employees prove it's a good place to work.
Cons
Distance to heavily populated areas, not the greatest pay, new employees tend to make more than loyal long-time employees, possibly on purpose as a push-out method.
