Very low pay for the area and the industry, tedious Management system. reminds me of the group of nerd kids in elementary school that will tell on you for any reason and it's just annoying....
Horrible management. Horrible team culture. No structure. Low pay. Don’t expect them to welcome you with open arms. Expect to have no life outside work.
