WORST COMPANY, JUST WORKING TO SURVIVE
Pros
Hi, Grab a drink and get comfortable. its about to get real juicy So... let's start with Pro's, well... a few friends made, the friends I have made are actually genuine. The other pro is I am able to organise games to make it fun because it is not fun at all working in the office. Honestly, there are no other pro's in the company.
Cons
If you have mental health issues please do not work for this company, they do not support mental health. The director will gloat in front of your face and tell you how much money he has whilst you are slaving around working for him. NOT ON! He loves to gloat about how much money he makes but he will never give you a pay rise and he will give you false hopes and the team leaders are on a very low wage. The CEO gives you false hopes! The manager I work with constantly screams across the floors, acting very unprofessional and very childish. The manager constantly tells us to work but she leaves the office with other senior members of staff booking brunches for the weekend but nobody says anything. The senior members including the CEO like to favourites their staff members, meaning some staff members can get away with anything whereas staff members they are not so keen on getting told off for the slightest mistake made. The company does not know how to separate personal relationships from professional relationships, hence why I can have a cold beverage with my BOSSES but then get told off the next day to be hungover or arrive late. (bare in mind they are the ones who provide me with alcohol and they are the ones who can arrive late the next day! WHICH IS ALSO APPROVED BY THE CEO) As a team leader, I have noticed that the customer service staff are forced to do the job of a sales representative, they also pressure you to save cancellations and beg the customers to stay on board. As for the BONUS, the bonus scheme is so so poor and it is a low bonus for the workload we have to do in order to receive it. May I also add everyone is on a wage below 30k, you may think this is okay but seriously, I work HARD for the company and I am on a wage below 30k despite being with the company for many years. The CEO physically tells us to not disclose our wages with other staff members, I wonder why? If the customer is genuinely not receiving any results from our service, we have been trained to lie on the phone and give them a fake narrative for them to get them to stay. During the pandemic, the CEOs opinion differed from the rest of the world and did not respect employees wishes to stay home. WHY IS WORKING FROM HOME SUCH A BIG DEAL? It is funny because the office contracted COVID-19 multiple times within numerous departments. What they believed to have followed the restrictions did not meet what the Government advised! When people did contract COVID-19 the government did advise those around them to also isolate themselves for 10 days. I am still trying to understand why we weren't sent home even though my colleagues had Covid-19? May I also add the management have a high expectation of yourself to act professionally however when you are in the office the managers do not get along and they swear at each other and say horrible things about each other and we are supposed to learn from them? They are not leading by example! there is ZERO professionalism in the office. Also... very heartbreaking that this company constantly body shames, degrade staff members if they do not upsell or hit targets. May I also ask, what management stays on their phone all day whilst telling her employees they are not allowed to go on theirs? The manager also is unable to help you when you have a question and directs you to another staff member instead. One question to the manager, do you know what you do? I would love to hear from you, what is your job role and what does it actually require? I would love a response back seeing as you are always on your phone in the office and you make me do the work for you.
