Supportive team but extreme micromanagement and instability

Pros

Great team work where everybody gets on, making it a comfortable and healthy work environment.

Cons

Was shown out the door within 3 months of being employed. Constant and daily chopping and changing in processes, making it impossible to get into a routine and carry on with your job and trying to stay on task. Daily interruptions from direct manager for tasks that are not pressing. Extreme micro management in everything you do, including daily/weekly screening of calls with clients, which can cause distress and worry for employees. Being quite often interrupted during lunch breaks over work related matters.
