- Fun place to work at - Great location (close to downtown), lots of great restaurants to try - Some of the greatest co-workers I've worked with - Got to interact with the local community in various events and activities - Hires college students and works with their availability

- There's a high turnover rate

Excellent management Camp activities are fun and interesting Great job for people who work for the school district during the school year but want to pick up work during the summer
Cons
Mostly the campers are great but there's always a few that are harder to manage The pay is low for what you do- expect to work hard all day with kids
