I worked with over 25 firms during my job search and found the Doyle Group to be the most professional, and the best of the best. They were exceptional at listening to my needs and advocating on my behalf. It has been refreshing to work with recruiting professionals who wants to have a long term relationship, and doesn’t see me as only a body to be placed at the next client. The Doyle Group offers great benefits, and makes time keeping easy.

Pros

They are a local team and you will feel right at home working with them. I spoke with Preston initially, and immediately knew he was someone I could trust in my job search. I was placed effortlessly with regards to the hiring process and I am extremely happy with my new position.

Cons

Everyone, everywhere could always use a more comprehensive benefits package.

Pros

Working for the Doyle group has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind and I felt valued as an employee. I did not feel like a profit tool for the company. I felt the pay and benefits were above average for the staffing/consulting industry. I felt the folks at Doyle had my best interests in mind and worked hard with the company I was contracting for when it came time for an extension.

Cons

I did not feel like there were any cons.
