Tight team that has each others back, very flexible hours, understanding team and management

Growing pains... the team is growing fast as is the business so communication can be an obstacle at times

Pros

Locally owned and operated with a focus on employee retention that shows through in actions not just words. A real "family" feel while maintaining professionalism at all levels. Everyone in the company is accessible and amenable.

Cons

Need to grow even more, while keeping quality people in all positions will be the biggest challenge to any small company that is/will be aggressively growing
