It was a good company, until its recent restructure

Pros

Worked with a great bunch of people, and the clients are great. Beautiful offices and facilities were great.

Cons

Restructure caused a lot of confusion and communication went out the window. Pay is the bare minimum, and not consistant to the level of work required. Not much room for growth.

Cons

They offer minimum wage for full-time positions, with only monthly payments due to their payroll being based in Asia, which is quite unreasonable. The job is both monotonous and demanding, with no additional benefits
