Autonomy and variety of the work is excellent. Colleagues are extremely team oriented and are willing to help each other out and support each other. It's also an intellectually stimulating environment.
Cons
Since consulting is the heart of the business, you find that team members are out of the office visiting clients more than they are in the office. This kind of autonomy can be motivating to some but difficult for others who need to be constantly surrounded by people.
