If you are not in upper management you don't have a say in anything. Raises are hard to come by.

Relatively lackadaisical work environment Relatively chipper people to work around considering the below average pay and poor benefits.
Cons
Employees working there decades make less and than new employees. there are no structured reviews/pay increases. the longer you work there the less you make. The hard workers are definitely taken advantage of. VERY POOR health insurance and benefits. No 401K matching or incentives at all. a family plan will cost you ~900/month for healthcare. They used to try and pay people more to compensate for poor healthcare but now they cannot afford pay increases even considering record inflation
