You’re treated like a piece of furniture, in that they will move you Dr to Dr and clinic to clinic to fill holes. You won’t be recognized for your work and you’re lucky if the Drs ever know your name. Training is with employees, some of which are not good at training. You’re moved around and will likely eat lunch alone your first few weeks, as it’s not a “warm” place. Too many levels of management, which is just a ticket for many to do less work, all just in attempt to try to make it a career-worthy hierarchy.

You’re treated as a piece of machinery, rather than an individual with aspirations. You’ll be moved around teams and between locations, with little to no developmental opportunities or upward mobility.
