      Pros

      I worked with a great team, who i wouldn't have been able to do the job without. Other than that no pros.

      Cons

      Didn't feel valued by the company in the slightest. Ridiculously over worked. Long hours, under paid and no support from management. No room for career progression or pay rises. There is no company culture. I always believe that you should work hard but play hard too - there was no relief from the workload, no after work events, no benefits or rewards for working so hard all of the time. HR was non-existent. I personally raised multiple cases that should have had repercussions from HR but they were never dealt with.

We value all of our current and former employees' feedback and would be happy to learn more, specifically on what your thoughts on career progression and opportunities for development. As you may know, we have an in-house L&D Adviser who is working on training pathways within the Company along with facilitating internal training. We are also rolling out formal performance reviews at the end of the year which will give employees a further opportunity to discuss their role at The Farm with their managers and questions around salary. We really value your feedback and would encourage you to reach out to the HR team to discuss further. Ps. We are looking forward to getting back to normal, with social events and parties, when it is safe to do so. We miss the Halloween and Christmas parties especially!
