Weekly pay and profit sharing

Cons

It's hot and the owners son and relatives work here so if you're not in good with them you won't go far also the owners son comes to work drunk and harassed the women there but when they complain of sexual harassment nothing is done cause it's the owners son also making us work on Saturday and Sunday when are we supposed to have time with our own families but the owners relative never work weekends

Cons

10 hour shifts, 6 days a week...total hours worked range from 45-58 hours per week. You only have one day off. The cold side (packing department) works in 25 degree temperatures and the hot side (baking department) works in temperatures of 90 degrees.

bad vacation plan, no training programs for personnel, unsafe place to work, supervisors are unmotivated, plant manager is old school and can be verbally abusive.
