Pros

The people you work with is the best thing about this company, other than that, nothing. There's a 20 min word minimum, but I have nothing good to add.

Cons

The CEO is like a bully who just picks on her employees. She likes putting us on the spot and making us feel uncomfortable. If you're in a meeting with her, good luck. She has to hear from everyone, even if you don't know what to say. She will pick on you. There is no growth in this company. They don't care about their employees, only if you're an executive. The benefits are trash & super expensive. You only get 10 vacation days and 3 personal. You can work hard and still not get recognized or receive anything for it. Save yourself and work somewhere else.

Very Disappointing Experience

Pros

Nothing was a pro, other than coworkers

Cons

- The CEO does not care for people, only the bottom line and how to add more money to her excessive salary. She hires personal friends and “friends of friends” to work as “contractors” or in corporate services. - The CEO currently has a convicted felon who embezzled money from the Archdiocese a couple of years ago, running the entire corporate services department. It was scary working with this man with such a history. His name rhymes with “Bed” and he actually used to be a “priest”... yikes! - The company lost a $60M contract this year which is why 500 human services employees will be laid off by Feb 2019 and 30% of Corporate employees just recently lost their jobs. - C-Suite are all incompetent since the CEO placed them in positions they have no business being in. - The BBB and Board needs to really investigate the company. They have so many lawsuits pending it’s pretty bad.

Pros

Upper management are so overwhelmed and preoccupied that they are never watching their staff.

Cons

Read the credentials of the COO on the companies website. It will tell you all you need to know as he is not a likely fit. Then, google the web for the "Ability One investigation" and you'll see what really goes on.
