Pros

Well-known clients that offer great insight into their given industry. Once on client site, there is good exposure to make new connections and expand professional network.

Cons

There is a lack of communication within the company. The firm does not listen to employees' needs, instead management places 95% of focus only on client needs. Practically impossible to obtain any training or further professional development options. There is little company culture. The client base is not large enough to stimulate professional growth or challenge employees.

Pros

They offer a very competitive salary, but usually this is too good to be true.

Cons

It is a communications consulting firm, but in reality, a staffing agency that hires full- time staff to do freelance work. Half of the time you are sitting in the office waiting for projects to be given to you. Inexperienced management that never shares any information with employees and always over promises. They have no ability to get new businesses but to set up trap for employees to fall in so they can find solid excuses to let go staff without paying any severance package. If you really need a contract job through a staffing agency, go for Kelly Services and some others. They are much more reputable and reliable!
