Thanks so much for taking the time to share feedback with us! We are so happy to hear that you've found support in your teammates as "teamwork" is one of our most precious core values. As a startup company, there is no doubt that there is a lot of work to be done and we are transparent about work expectations throughout the recruiting process. That said, we absolutely acknowledge the importance of a healthy work/life balance and have always encouraged employees to take time off as needed. Additionally, we have also become more flexible with our time off policies, added floating holidays, and have removed Financial Trainers from client rotation as needed. Lastly, although we are a fairly "flat" organization with few management opportunities, we are committed to hiring or promoting for more diversity as positions become available.

Pros

the mission of the company is great and those that are not in management and/on the executive team are really wonderful to work with.

Cons

the mission of the company has no integrity. pay is low. zero work life balance. be expected to work 60-80 hours+ a week. ceo is a nightmare to work for and the executive team are enablers. diversity & inclusion is fake.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company and share your feedback. We pride ourselves in the company's mission and we are happy that you engaged with wonderful members of our team while your time with us! In regard to our work week, during our recruiting process, we acknowledge and reiterate the fact that we are a start-up company, and with that comes long hours. We definitely have flexibility in our time off and encourage members to take vacation if they ever feel burnt out. The salary is all listed in all of our job descriptions to ensure transparency from the moment someone applies. In conclusion, while we are a small organization, we have created a DEI team within the members of our current team. We are sorry that you feel our team is fake; however, we strive to address all issues in regards to diversity and inclusion and we continue to learn and grow after every meeting. Our aim is to provide resources, to develop and provide strategies, and create business practices that will impact our company in a positive manner in relation to all underrepresented groups.

Pros

The work is very meaningful and mission-driven. If you are passionate about teaching and helping people with their personal finances, this is the place where you can put that into action.

Cons

Like all start-ups, there are growing pains that we encounter and work to find solutions to every single day
