      -Very flat organization (easy to reach out to management) -Opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry -Will pay for training -Encourage advancement

      Cons

      -May be expected to put in long hours -Benefits are mediocre -Salary advancement is rather slow -Divide of the company (company is split between two offices are few miles apart)

      Pros

      Supportive work environment with a lot of opportunities for growth, learning, and gaining experience in consulting at a fast pace. I highly recommend working at FRG; you get to work on interesting projects with really great and intelligent people.

      Cons

      The company is relatively new, so policies and procedures are still evolving. There has been some growth since I started working here for maternity and paternity leave, and it should continue to be enhanced.
