      Honestly there isn’t any pro’s about working at this place.

      Cons

      Management is uneducated on how to interact with people. It’s like a bunch of spoiled people that thinks because they have a business that they are better than you. Their skill level in workmanship and people skills are terrible how they stay in business is amazing in itself.

      Good pay! People on the floor are good to work with.

      CEO is immensely immature. Why this company would have this son as the CEO is beyond me he. Hot, unorganized no communication

      None that I saw & I don't think they have any.

      Cons

      If you want to feel like a robot and have a worden riding around on a forklift watch every move made & wondering all day if your doing something wrong & he see's you he will cuss you like it's no tomorrow. He'll have a temper tantrum. They've got a bad turn over with employee's. He's the boss & better or higher than anyone else. To him your nothing but a worker.
