Textbook definition of toxic work environment

You get perks to the park such as employee discounts and free entries to other museums and the Zoo, and there are pockets of good people within the organization.

Cons

This is the worse and most toxic job I have ever had, it is exploitation at its finest as they refused to pay a decent wage for the amount of work that was being performed. This is a non-profit organization that is trying so hard to be a corporation like Disney and were so out of touch. This was the textbook definition of a toxic work environment.
