The data science team has some very interesting technical challenges to solve. People are supportive and hard-working, which is good for personal development. People share good values and a great culture in general and the management team put a lot of efforts to understand where things could be improved.

Cons

Complicated procedures to access data. Poor documentation of legacy systems. Lack of resources.

Cons

Company has had 2 mergers in less than 3 years. Horrible organization and can't seem to manage funds at all in the organization. Layoff every year.
