You get plenty of leeway in your work here
Cons
Most of the work and learning you do in this role is on your own terms and you will be more of a lone wolf instead of a team player. You will also not have much in the way of pay incentive as well as your raises each year will be meager.

It's a family run company and they treat all of us like members of the family. Very accommodating if we need to take time off, fun place to work at.
Cons
Not a big company so positions are limited.
