For a corporate "wellness" company they treat their employees terribly, denying them of good essential healthcare benefits for their families and offer no incentives or recognition to employees for hard work achieved. Furthermore, management does not assist their team when in need, as good leaders would do and rather "passes the buck" for employees to figure out on their own without any explanation. Employees are not encouraged to express any new ideas freely and are expected to uphold to what management insists is correct, even if their own customers are suggesting they are not happy with what is being provided.

As an environmentalist, I think the packaging a "health and wellness" company uses to deliver a small amount of fruit is not a good thing. Four color printing and too much cardboard for average produce bothers me. I know they claim to recycle, but the packages are like water bottles to me - an insult to the planet, and more costly than the content.
