      Pros

      The office building was really nice, same with the area in Jersey City. That's about all the pros I can think of.

      Cons

      No formal training, no clear communication for how/when you will be taking and completing specific licensee requirements, little to no mentorship

      Great place to get started in financial advisory and telesales.

      Pros

      Working here provides a good Work-life balance, benefits, good commission structure, relatively low fees. Its a great place to learn how to cold call and learn about fixed income investing.

      Cons

      Some of the things I think were setbacks to the company were their limited investment options, and I felt they needed to do more marketing and advertising.
