Poor work culture, no benefits, and no opportunity for career growth. bad politics, anyone thinking to join should carefully review contract agreements anyway they wont share untill you join , there is contractual bond if you leave within 1 year you have to pay some money , and additional commitments added during every increment. first company in my entire career like this, not even single exit is good here. all positive reviews are posted by current employees forced to write by HRs.. because of all these buisiness also shrinking so no future here.. Think 100 times before joining.. better to be jobless than joining here.
