      Pros

      Paid on time, PTO accruing immediately, Benefits were in line with the industry, and gave its contractors a two month heads up the contract was not being renewed to give us time to search for a new position before the contract ended.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, its contract was not continued and ended a year early.
