Pros

Some good coworkers and the company contributes generously to health insurance costs although the health insurance provider (BCBS) is the pits. Long hours expected and minimal time off.

Cons

***Employee discrimination - There is no annual review process and only employees who are in the 'club' get annual raises, noone else does. Anyone not in the 'club' can expect to have the same salary for years due to no salary increases or cost of living adjustments. -A few drama queens in the office make life miserable for most everyone else. -Unprofessional executive who cusses not only in front of employees but also clients which is quite embarrassing for employees who are trying to give a professional image in front of clients. Many employees have left because of this particular executive. -The executives came up with a list of values for employees to follow yet not only does top management NOT follow the values themselves, they reprimand certain employees when the do follow certain values. -Beware that you will be reprimanded if you ask a question to an employee in another dept. -The company claims to have plans to grow but they are losing employees faster than they can hire new ones.

Pros

Great coworkers, good benefits package. The company provides a kitchen filled with snacks and coffee. A lot of very educated and many professional coworkers. The job itself is nice.

Cons

It was clear from the day I started that there was an "in crowd". These are people who started when the company was young and basically get to do whatever they want. They are able to work from home although no other employees are allowed to do so. (Can you say lawsuit in the making?!). The company uses and abuses its employees. The cfo comes from a restaurant background and that is how she runs the company. The company hires young employees at a very low salary, works them to death and then the employees leave. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. Turnover is the highest I have ever seen at any company.

Pros

Great coworkers, some flexibility during the work day, nice clients, fast-paced and exciting job duties.

Cons

Sheer amount of hours, be prepared to work consistent 60 hour work weeks with absolutely no reward or compensation. After three years of no increase or bonus, it was time for me to move on. Middle Management is lazy and has other employees do their work. Middle management has no management experience and was promoted based on seniority and not merit. The company has a very negative vibe and a toxic work environment. Tattle tailing is rewarded and hard work is scoffed at. When management lacks the desire to mentor, it becomes nearly impossible for employees to have trust.
