Pros

Some great talent & friendly colleagues

Cons

Management is very disconnected from employees, poor professional development & guidance, do not support the internal "culture and values" that are touted. Unwilling to listen to new ideas, employees are unappreciated and unrewarded for long hours, and great work.

Pros

Great and talented people in non-leadership positions. IT support is excellent and pretty office space.

Cons

Leadership (C-Suite) is quick to point a finger and fire with absolutely zero mentorship. This trickles down to the bottom with a constant feeling of uneasiness, fear and stress. There are too many cooks in the kitchen at the top and nothing ever moves forward or gets done. The turnover rate is unreal and has been for years. 50% or higher per year - no joke just look at the employee phone list at the front desk, lots of black sharpie! The company structure is disastrous but the blame is never on leadership. They have lost loads of good talent bc they are narcissist white males who don’t pay or recognize good talent — and flat out don’t care.

Cons

Sadly this is a company that doesn't care about employees. Salaries and benefits aren't even close to competitive. Working late required more often then not with no overtime pay. Drama in management levels that makes people miserable. Gossip, tearing people down behind closed doors. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handled 2020. If they didn't let you go, they cut your salary by 23% with more expected than ever to cover the slack with who was left.
