      The company is based on a very close knit circle which hinders the growth opportunities for newcomers. Positions are given to friends and family members. You are given to many tasks at once and are expected to stay long hours. There is little to no structure

      Friendly coworkers You will be battle hardened

      Cons

      Dickensian marketing workhouse. You will never be able to turn off. Insane demands. HR stop refusing to engage with any of the absolutely fair feedback and refuting it here. If you actually listen instead of always denying and talking about your alleged benefits you might actually improve.
