Discount on Golf, Baseball and soccer merchandise.

Cons

Very High expectation with little reward for long hours and dedication. Sr Management lacks direction and focus. Priorities changed weekly making it very difficult to lead team members.

Pros

I had really high hopes for working in a sports-based online company. There is a lot of potential for it to be a great company.

Cons

Management has a lot of work to do. There have been several CEO changes over the last few years and none of them have been able to lead. There are some really good people with really good ideas but there is no support from upper management. The culture is very negative.

Discounts on most merchandise, friendly staff, open door policy with management. Always understanding when family issues come up. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Not that many opportunities for advancement. May be due to the relatively small department that I am in. Could use another person in department to help carry the daily duties.
