      Great Barbershop

      Pros

      Great hours, Friendly staff, amazing clients. The atmosphere here is all about growth. The shops are beautiful. The shop has a mom and pop feel and the owners really care about the employees. The hourly plus commission is great, you receive tips daily, and get paid weekly. Can't ask for anything better than that!

      Cons

      No paid vacation time, but time off requests are often approved.

      They are closed on Sundays.

      Cons

      Cosmetologists and Barbers have to buy their blades. 13 dollars is the max you can make. There is nowhere to go with the future of company.

      “Some” client's tip very good Sunday's closed All women workers

      Cons

      No vacation time No vacation pay commission is very little mostly hour pay and tips Never able to request time off due to never being able to stay staffed. Cosmetologists have to buy their blades which are expensive because they have to have guards on blades. The company will not supply for you. Shift work hours is all day shifts 10 -730 they say part time is available but they do not give part one hours. Never guys working here women run it
