      Pros

      I worked at The Good for several months as a Front-End Developer. Really great to work with strategist and developers with strong UX and analytics background. Great company culture and management is doing a wonderful job. Love the office environment and had a really great time working with everyone there. The kombucha on tap was spot on!

      Can't think of anything bad, only Good things!

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at The Good because they are a lean team of people who really cared about what they are doing. We all had the autonomy and support to do the best job we could. I was honest and professional with superiors and colleges and received the same in return.

      Cons

      The only cons I experienced were some of the standard growing pains of any company, everyone learned from mistakes and stepped forward.

      Pros

      Working at The Good was a very positive experience. They take care of their employees, and I never felt like I couldn't go to my supervisor for assistance or help. Great compensation packages.

      Cons

      It's a small team, which can be limiting for some. If you thrive in small team environments, The Good is an excellent place to work. If you need a large team to feel motivated, The Good might not be the best fit for you.
