The management was great. The benefits were unparalleled. The college kids working there had no idea how fortunate they were to have insurance coverage like that. The work was easy-- I worked my entire pregnancy (which was complicated) up to birth, took 6 weeks unpaid leave, and stayed a few more months. Coworkers were stellar. We always got our breaks. The workload was never too much. I can't say enough good things.
Cons
I worked at the memory care cottages. Work could be, frankly, boring. Some team members were lazy. That's everywhere though.
