Pros
This is a hardworking, successful and FUN environment to be a part of. You learn new things, are exposed to strong professionals as role models and partners, and have a chance to give input. The company is small and growing fast, with a focus on making clients', candidates' and employees' lives better. Very fun and fast paced.
Cons
If you come from a larger company it can take some time to adjust to a Small-Mid size company but once you do it is worth it.
