      Pros

      Teams really rally to help whenever you need it. Training was a lot at first, but never felt overwhelmed. Supportive environment and people take pride.

      Very busy workload- but I like that!

      Pros

      Worked here for just under a year: had a great amount of freedom. Workforce there is overall great and cannot complain about the other managers, branch managers and support staff

      Cons

      Working Outside if that is something that you are not looking for. Many employees only communicate in Spanish, is a struggle if you do not know any.
