Disorganized and questionable

Pros

Nothing special that stands out that shouldn't be part of the status-quo. It'd be like saying they're great for offering minimum wage and direct deposit. They do offer a 401k plan if you are a temp with their company for a year, in case you're the kind who likes working temp jobs. But you're never made aware of this until the year mark hits.

Cons

Applied by setting up a profile with them on their website. Received a call from a recruiter a few days later for a mock-phone interview. Never really gauged my strengths or asked me to come in. Received a call a few days later - once again asking me to go to one of their clients' distribution centers. I found this odd, but I needed a job so said figured it would be worth checking out. I assumed I would be briefed before the workday started, expecting to meet with human resources. Instead I worked a full day never meeting with human resources (until the final hour of the day) or receiving a safety orientation. Given the nature of their clients' workplace, this was highly necessary. It turns out, they do little to check up on their associates once on an actual job begins, as I wasn't the only person who this happened to. I spoke many employees who underwent the same bizarre process.

Pros

They allowed flexible hours (but made you SIGN IN every morning!)

Cons

Mismanagement of the worst kind, consistent berating of the staff, and no room for innovative ideas. CEO continues to operate the business as was done 30 years ago, no technological advancement, yelling out loud at her staff (not good for a business that places their future on how they treat PEOPLE!)

Very Unpleasant Experience

Pros

- Being commended day in and day out to only be fired..

Cons

- Cliquey office environment - CEO blatantly told me she does not like young people working for her, half of her office is under the age of 35. - Covering up other employee's mistakes. - Being told your doing one account and then being ripped off that account and put on another, causing a lot of extra work/confusion for no reason. - Being micro managed constantly.
