Free gas, good coworkers, central location.

Cons

Had to fight for commission checks, owner would never agree on set pay schedule, owner would use profanity and name calling when trying to negotiate his way out of paying prior agreed upon contract percentages.

Cons

Total lack of care and respect for employees. Employees asked to do extra, penalized for needing anything. Ownership lacks knowledge of work. Commission offered but never paid, still waiting for commission months later. Pay scale below average due to promise of commission. Jobs short cut in order to stay within budget. Employees promised raises that they never will see. High turnover for this industry.

Owners friendly supportive and somewhat understanding.

Cons

When on the job leadership is non existing. No training for inexperienced hiries. The worst part is that the foremen when they feel threatened will work good people in the ground. Also doesn't always pay employees.
