Pros

Amazing Partners. Great opportunities to learn the business. Brand recognition.

Cons

Pay is entry level, but tasks are advanced and workload is heavy. Company refuses to pay the staff that actually run the business and would rather pay for multiple failed lawsuits. The Board is corrupt and wrapped around the CEO's finger. The culture is being ruined because good staff and good Partners are fed up with the lies, the money mismanagement, and upper management lining their pockets instead of trying to keep good staff that in turn, keep good Partners. On top of the lack of pay, staff are treated like second class citizens by management and are not given any ability to have a life outside of work. The PTO is not competitive, and they refuse to work with you to flex your time or work remote for even half a day. If you have teeth, eyes, a body, kids, pets, or a family, don't bother applying, because they won't work with you for time off to take care of personal stuff. They refuse to hire enough staff to cover the load, and they allow staff that have been there for too long to get away with bullying and lying about other staff and getting innocent people in trouble because they thrive in drama. They do not have any sense of what is ethical and are too focused on being "right" instead of learning and growing. They love to tell everyone that they need to grow and be better and refuse to do it themselves.

Pros

-Dedicated coworkers who support one another and care about doing good work. -Strong relationships between staff and agents that often become longterm friendships. -A strong legacy and cool history of how the company was founded and the positive culture and community it created. Although this feels like its very close to being gone based on recent changes. -Opportunities to learn many parts of the business over time if you want to be in Real Estate.

Cons

-Work is very detail heavy and repetitive with a steep learning curve that can be overwhelming, anxiety inducing, and stressful, especially at entry level pay -The amount of knowledge expected to manage files for so many agents is a lot and can feel intimidating and more work keeps getting added to your plate. -Upper Leadership seemed disconnected from how stressful the front-line roles actually are, or what we actually did. -Frequent process changes and staff turnover make it hard to keep up or feel stable in the role, always playing catch up and cleaning up messes.

Pros

Excellent leadership at every level. Consistent sales process for agents to follow that is time tested. Huge resources for our agents yet the company still feels like family. Our real estate brokers average the most income of any other brokerage of our size in the state.

Cons

I can’t think of any negatives.
