Pros

The children are the only reason why I’ve stayed.

Cons

The worse place I’ve ever worked. The pay is terrible, they work you till you’re burnt out then get upset that you need time off. No structure, ZERO communication, hours are terrible. Even when you give them a specific schedule for medical and mental health reasons they will still not listen. The turnover is terrible, employees are quitting weekly, new employees don’t even last 3 months. Management had no sympathy for anything and only focus on what makes things easier for themselves. Benefits aren’t worth it. Favoritism is actually insane here, if your not a favored employee you get treated as if you don’t exist.
