      Pros

      Not always micromanaged. Interesting company to work for.

      Cons

      Horrible management in my department. While not a very bureaucratic company, there are tons of petty politics, power trips, and cliques. Very "fratty" mentality, and the people in the lower rungs are constantly disrespected.

      No pros, the cons outweigh everything.

      Cons

      I experienced bullying and racism during my time. Specifically racism and bullying against me and even against others! During conversations colleges would say terrible things about Hispanic people that used to work for the company. Also during my time people would ignore me or tease me for any minor mistake. I even had people try to steal ideas and work that I completed.
