      - Management and coworkers are nice - Exposure to SQL Server, Excel, Power Query, and some Power BI - Domain expertise in risk adjustment - Opportunities to make an impact

      - Very limited career growth opportunities - Outdated technical stack and risk of stagnation - Reporting-heavy work, lots of time on ad hoc tasks and Excel spreadsheets
