      Pros

      If you are smart and motivated you will go far here. You will learn a lot, not just about your own job but about the whole running of the business. There is a performance culture where you are accountable for your own area and we come together as a team to deliver.

      Cons

      Lots of balls to juggle so you need to be good at managing stakeholder expectations.
