Great food and drinks, but chaotic training and safety issues

They have a great concept with great food.Fresh squeezed juices and an amazing bar program

Cons

The training is chaotic. Leadership is frequently changing accountability is minimal.If you are a restaurant professional steer clean. PTO is earned they low-ball offers in satellite markets. Thry have measures in place for food safety but food is held out of temp and alot of staff has gotten sick.

Pros

Beautiful restaurant, in a great part of town, lots of nice coworkers, decent food, flexible with time off, and pay can be great if you are the only busser on a busy shift

Cons

Can be quite hectic and disorganized, mornings can be way too slow, you have to go in an hour earlier than you should for morning shifts, and you are given a lot of busy work when things slow
