      Culture and Attitudes need work.

      Pros

      Got a paycheck. Until Covid. Then got a pay cut and less work days. Soon after the number of work days increased but the salaries didn’t

      Cons

      The owner is more like a disciplinarian parent who yells at errors. Doesn’t teach or mentor or back his employees

      Pros

      Some good people worked there, but most were chased away by the climate of the company

      Cons

      Chris Herman is a terrible boss. He will keep changing rules and job assignments until you make a mistake, and then he's in your face over even the simplest things. If he would only let people do what they do best, he would have a better agency. They also have NO fresh ideas and make your work insanely long hours for no good reason
