      Pros

      Most of the employees are incredibly smart and talented and they produce some amazing work. Truly they are some of the smartest people I have come across. The client roster is impressive. The company has a start-up feel so lots of room to take initiative.

      Cons

      The client case studies can be misleading in terms of what the company has actually done. Leadership is dismissive, disrespectful and rude. The culture is such that yelling/screaming at employees is tolerated. The company's core capabilities is very small/narrow though egos are such that they believe they can do anything/everything for clients.

      HIghly creative environment. The opportunity to work with A-list clients. Colleagues are very smart and dedicated in their mission of "heritage management"

      Cons

      This company does require a thick skin, and a pronounced point of view in your opinions. The History Factory very effectively separates the wheat from the chaff when it comes to personnel. If you are smart and dedicated, you will thrive here. If your work is sub-standard or you're not confident in your POV, you'll be shuffled out with all due haste
