      A good place if you want to work hard all day and then go home.

      Pros

      Nice, smart people with a social mission. Award winning organization. Looks good on a resume. You'll learn a lot.

      Cons

      Management is spread too thin - chasing a lot of threads. Certain level of coldness here. Very serious environment, not a fun place to work. Infrequent communication between management and staff

      Friendly e-team and travel opportunities

      Cons

      Too too heavy, no room for promotion, inconsistent leadership and policies. Laid off several entry and mid level employees then hired several more e-team employees who make 2-3x as much, makes no sense.
